Requirements

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or a related field.
  • Current Washington State Medical License and DEA registration in good standing.
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
