Job Title: Real Estate Outside Sales Professional

A successful Real Estate Outside Sales Professional is a skilled agent who excels in managing all aspects of a home purchase and sale. With expertise in marketing and sales, they provide expert advice to clients on how to effectively market and sell their home, as well as find a new home that meets their needs and budget.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be an innovative thinker, and have the ability to build quality relationships with clients. As a Real Estate Professional, they will earn money for each transaction completed, with the potential to earn a significant income after a few years of disciplined work.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, it is necessary to obtain one before being hired. To earn a real estate license, one must complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the real estate licensing process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Help clients prepare their home for sale by providing expert advice on staging and marketing.
  • Assist clients in the home search process by taking them to home showings and open houses.
  • Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Stay informed of recent home sales and become an expert in the local real estate market.
  • Craft unique marketing materials to advertise real estate services.
  • Advise clients on how to sell their home quickly and profitably.
