Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and operations, to drive project success.
  • Take initiative, bring new ideas, and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
  • Lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to completion, leveraging your expertise in project management software like MS Project, Monday, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on supporting U.S. Government contracts.
  • Experience working with military or defence-related projects, including familiarity with DoD contracts, regulations, and military operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PMP or ACP certification.
  • SCRUM certification and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes for autonomous systems.
