Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IRF-PAI Assistant/Program Assistant to join our team at Lifepoint Rehabilitation. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the IRF-PAI completion, gathering and inputting data, and ensuring CMS compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team
  • Gather and input data, transmit data to Medicare
  • Assist with education of staff regarding Quality Indicators (QIs)
  • Assist with monitoring and management of CMS compliance

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Previous experience working in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred
