About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packer Courier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and setting up completed orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client requests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and managers
  • Creating labels and stickers for client orders with specific requests or dietary needs
  • Working closely with logistics, culinary, and facility management teams to guide daily and weekly orders
  • Familiarity with BEOs (will be trained)
  • Knowledge of Savory's services and menu options, with the ability to answer client questions and provide suggestions
  • Assisting with offsite events and client visits
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail and resolving issues without supervision
  • Building and fostering relationships within the organization
About You
