Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team
- Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
- Keep residents' living areas clean and sanitized, and perform other tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
- Effective communication and organizational skills
