Work Schedule 8-hours shift, 12-hour shift, 16-hour shift Position Description/Minimum Qualifications

As a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse, you will have the chance to work in various healthcare settings, including long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals, while maintaining a work-life balance that suits your needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine nursing procedures.
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility policies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or acute care settings.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
