Job Summary:

The RPA Analyst will play a key role in advancing Quadax's RPA initiative. This individual will have proven skills to successfully interact with business units to identify opportunities for automation, possess the skills to validate these opportunities, help document requirements, create project specifications, program and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team and utilize their RCM experience to identify opportunities for automation
• Define, document and translate business requirements to RPA solutions
• Help establish the foundation for an RPA center of excellence
• Coordinate and lead multiple RPA projects with internal and external developers, including assisting with scope and task plan development, providing input to automation requirements, and developing process flow charts and reports on project status
• Deploy, support RPA solutions running on Quadax's RPA platform
• Act as RPA Process Controller, monitoring RPA solutions implemented, troubleshooting and making coding changes when needed
• Participate in evaluating emerging technologies as it relates to automation

Requirements:

• Demonstratable experience developing and implementing technical and business solutions that reduce FTEs, save costs, and improve efficiencies with RCM production tasks
• Proven success working across business units to help identify and define opportunities for automation
• Strong Project Management and organization skills
• Disciplined in setting priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related studies that established a basic technical foundation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess a working knowledge with Automation Anywhere, UiPath or BluePrism
• Experience within RCM preferred
