Radiology Ltd. is a prominent medical imaging organization with a workforce of 500, dedicated to delivering exceptional imaging services to enhance the health of individuals in Southern Arizona. We are currently seeking a full-time Imaging Support Specialist. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

As an Imaging Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to prepare imaging studies for presentation to Radiologists and serve as a communication link between Radiology Technologists and Radiologists regarding patient images and medical data. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, and we are committed to training eligible individuals.

This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the quality of images and documents collected for Radiologists. We seek individuals who can excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the following attributes:

Attentive and willing to learn new information Flexible in adapting to changes and receiving constructive feedback Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks across various computer applications Capable of working independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively to produce precise work within deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the quality of digital images to ensure they meet standards for electronic delivery to Radiologists. Organize and arrange images according to established protocols for Radiologists. Communicate with Radiologists to address any issues via phone or instant messaging. Review and upload necessary documentation into the Document Management and PACS systems. Demonstrate reliability and adherence to a set schedule.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED is required at the time of hiring. Candidates must successfully pass a General Skills Assessment test. Proficiency in computer use is essential; experience with dual screens is advantageous. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory.
