Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Paramedics who are committed to providing exceptional, high-quality medical services and both basic and advanced patient care to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate each emergency situation to determine the most effective response while adhering to established Paramedic protocols.
2. Employ your Paramedic expertise with medical apparatus and techniques, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen delivery systems, suction devices, and intravenous therapies to administer advanced medical assistance.
3. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to offer reassurance and information regarding the care being provided.
4. Assume the role of team leader as a Paramedic, overseeing scene management and unit operations as necessary.
5. Operate the ambulance during emergency responses.
6. Collaborate professionally with all healthcare and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.

Additional Responsibilities:
Engage in community outreach initiatives to uphold the AMR reputation and foster strong community ties.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid State Paramedic License
- Valid State Driver's License
- BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications
- Driving record that complies with company standards
- Successful completion of Physical Agility Test
- Relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare settings.

Salary Information:
$70,000 - $88,907.52 DOE (Based on Full Time, Non-Exempt position)*This position is eligible for bonuses.
