We are currently in search of a Program Manager to supervise initiatives across Africa and act as the principal point of contact with governmental entities in the area.

  • Oversee daily project activities while ensuring compliance with established timelines and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams, executive leadership, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project advancement, generate reports, and relay updates effectively.
  • Anticipate and allocate resources efficiently to fulfill project goals.
  • Engage with vendors and suppliers to meet project objectives.
  • Implement best practices throughout the lifecycle of project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree accompanied by over 15 years of experience in program management.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects within demanding environments.
  • Prior experience in sub-Saharan Africa is essential.
  • DLPT 3/3 proficiency in French is required.
  • Understanding of government contracting regulations is necessary.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience working OCONUS, especially in Africa, is highly regarded.
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification is advantageous.
