Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a Charge Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical expertise and leadership skills, with the ability to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions. Additionally, the candidate will have a strong understanding of PC skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Special Procedures will be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care
- Instructing patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Maintaining and reviewing patient records, including posting tests and examination results
- Administering medications in accordance with physician orders
- Providing leadership to the nursing team during designated shifts
