We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Collision Repair Consultant to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting collision estimators, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in person or over the phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance as required.
  • Assist Collision Estimators: Handle drop-offs, map/mark and photograph vehicles, arrange customer transportation, and prepare paperwork.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.

Requirements:

  • Customer Facing Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with sales experience a plus.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
