Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at Insight Global's client facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in supervising and mentoring a team of maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Work Scheduling: Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance assignments to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety processes and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage building, equipment, capital expenditures, and parts and labor budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare maintenance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate parts suppliers, negotiate with service companies, and conduct training for maintenance staff.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor maintenance team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in supervising and mentoring a team.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in equipment maintenance, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read maintenance literature, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
