We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our team at ATOMS Services, LLC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and procurement management.
Key Responsibilities
- Tie procurement priority lists, contract specialists' status spreadsheets, and project schedules to Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards.
- Establish a process and provide functional area input to supporting procedures that allow the entire company to utilize a dashboard to determine procurement processing data analysis.
- Utilize Power BI to establish a process and supporting procedures that reduce repetitive work, such as updating meetings and statuses on multiple spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
