Key Responsibilities

  • Tie procurement priority lists, contract specialists' status spreadsheets, and project schedules to Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards.
  • Establish a process and provide functional area input to supporting procedures that allow the entire company to utilize a dashboard to determine procurement processing data analysis.
  • Utilize Power BI to establish a process and supporting procedures that reduce repetitive work, such as updating meetings and statuses on multiple spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
