Job specification

  • Provide direct patient care in the Acute Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications, treatments, and interventions as required.
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare staff, and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Candidate requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience considered. Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
