Duties and Responsibilities

This is a full-time position that involves working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience, one to two years of supervisory experience in a financial institution, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will also have judgment and problem-solving skills, be flexible, and available to work varied hours.

As a Member Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert on all products and services offered by American Heritage Credit Union.
  • Assisting members and employees via multiple channels, including phone, video, chat, email, etc.
  • Performing quality assurance monitoring for Virtual Member Experience Advisors & Concierge Specialists.
  • Assisting the Assistant Branch Manager with supervision of the Virtual Member Experience Advisors & Concierge Specialists.
  • Maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained staff and evaluating job performance.
  • Training staff and performing coaching sessions.
  • Working collaboratively with staff to review loan underwriting requests and counteroffers.
  • Developing department goals and objectives.
  • Preparing month-end reports.
