Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Terminal Services Supervisor to lead our team of custodians and floor technicians at Team Clean Inc. in New Jersey.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Communicate with employees, management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies.
  4. Work closely with site supervisors and managers to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
