Job Description: As a Motor Vehicle Title Specialist at Volt, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of motor vehicle title-related documentation. You will review and execute title correspondence, analyze customer intentions, and work closely with our Commercial teams to provide timely solutions. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in resolving title-related issues and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in title administration and contribute to the growth of our team. If you have 1+ year(s) experience in the financial services industry or in a title administrative role, with knowledge and proficiency in leasing/financing of motor vehicle titled assets and title administration requirements, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post Booking Documentation Validation and Follow Up: Follow up on original title until in house with us a lienholder or owner, Obtain notarization for title documents when presented, Release all titles when paid off, Send lien release letters upon request, Send repossession docs with titles upon request…work with Litigation and Recovery and Asset management.
  • Photocopy all titles received and send them to imaging, update multiple systems with title details.
  • Ensure proper tracking of outstanding titles into the appropriate systems for post-booking tracking and follow up for originals.
