Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Performing data entry and processing billing
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Secretary or Office Administrator, be proficient on the computer, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You must also be authorized to work in the US.
