Responsibilities

TheSecretary or Office Administratorshould have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Do data entry
• Process billing

Job requirements

• At least 3-5+ years of experienceworking as a Secretary orOffice Administrator
• Must be proficient on the computer
• Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
