Weichert South Jersey is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for the Medford, NJ Sales Office. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day operational assistance to the sales managers of both offices, as well as overseeing all office administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Order office supplies and materials for the sales team
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all record-keeping systems
* Process real estate transactions and manage data processing systems
* Coordinate advertising activities and budgets for the office
* Maintain multiple listing systems and other data processing tools
* Contact vendors for office equipment services and generate check authorizations as needed
* Provide additional administrative support as assigned

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of office administration experience
