Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to join our team at Allegiance Staffing in the Raleigh/Morrisville, NC area. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing documentation, and ensuring product organization to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items, including loading and unloading shipments.
  • Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions.
  • Maintain and update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement a loss prevention program and report stock issues to management.
  • Place product orders as necessary and prepare lists of depleted and unusable products.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.

Requirements:
  • Able to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
