Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products, programs, and pricing to effectively promote our services.
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Participate in grassroots and community events to promote our studio.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and use our software system.
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient computer skills.
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
