Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our healthcare operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of all clinical programs to ensure high-quality patient care
- Quality assurance and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Training and development of clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ability to travel within the Home Health geographic area approximately 50% of the time
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years RN experience, preferably within Home Health
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nurse, long term care, hospital or home health environment
- Ability to delegate and oversee care
- Proven good judgment, time management, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
