Position Overview:

The Client Relations Associate plays a vital role within the Marquee Event Group, a leading provider in the event planning sector. Our organization prides itself on delivering exceptional service and a comprehensive range of products to enhance our clients' experiences. We are dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction through our knowledgeable and enthusiastic team.

Role Summary:

As a key member of the Client Services team, the Client Relations Associate will engage in various activities including lead qualification, quote generation, outbound marketing initiatives, and meticulous documentation of customer information. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  2. Assist new customers who are not yet assigned to a representative.
  3. Handle requests from existing clients who do not require a dedicated Account Executive.
  4. Direct inquiries from existing accounts to their respective Account Executives.
  5. Process web leads and either finalize sales or escalate them to the Client Services Director.
  6. Manage after-hours communications to ensure timely responses.
  7. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  8. Coordinate with local teams to arrange showroom visits or product demonstrations.
  9. Follow established procedures for bid and order reviews in local markets.
  10. Communicate essential order details to local operations effectively.
  11. Conduct periodic account reviews and collaborate with the Client Services Director on account transitions.
