  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including jewelry designs, features, and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Proven sales performance, including 6 months of sales/retail experience.
  • Demonstrated teamwork abilities.
  • Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
