Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and family evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Provide education and counseling to patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to perform CPR and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality care to patients in a retail healthcare setting.
