Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that all cleaning services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish desired.
