Regional Sales Director Opportunity

United Abrasives, a leading US manufacturer of industrial-grade abrasives, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales efforts. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional sales targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure successful execution of sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in an industrial setting, preferably with end users
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong knowledge of industrial distribution practices and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
