About the Role:
Fayette County Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team. This full-time position serves students across grades K-12 and plays a vital role in promoting academic, social, and emotional success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student needs in learning, behavior, and mental health.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments.
  • Design and implement behavioral and academic interventions.
  • Provide consultation and training to staff on strategies to meet diverse student needs.

Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Tennessee.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12 settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
