SALARY RANGE – $150,000 - $190,000.

Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee a talented team of electrical engineering professionals in a dynamic environment near Horsham, PA.

A Professional Engineer (P.E) license in Electrical Engineering is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Leverage your extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, industry regulations, and standards to guide the technical aspects of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the electrical authority. Your proficiency in contemporary control and power systems—including motor and drive engineering, PLC and distributed control, and power distribution—is vital. You will be accountable for producing comprehensive client reports, supervising the work of colleagues, and engaging in hands-on field activities while mentoring junior engineers.
  • Project Oversight: Manage client interactions, define project scopes, and assemble project teams. You will ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, meet client expectations, and deliver projects within the agreed parameters.
  • Practice Enhancement: Contribute significantly to the advancement of the electrical engineering practice within the company. This involves mentoring emerging engineers, participating in internal training and knowledge-sharing programs, and representing the organization at professional gatherings, conferences, and technical committees. The candidate should be prepared to travel approximately 30% of their time for meetings at various locations and client sites.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical).
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • More than 20 years of pertinent industry experience across sectors such as energy, power generation, rail transit, wastewater, civil infrastructure, and movable structures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering applications, including failure analysis, non-destructive testing, system design, and litigation support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while upholding high standards of quality, integrity, and attention to detail.
