Key Responsibilities:

  • Master client's inventory software to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Field incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Coordinate truck driver check-ins and check-outs to maintain accurate records
  • Assign docks to internal forklift drivers to optimize warehouse operations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of verifiable warehouse/customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus
