  • Reviewing and coordinating research and development efforts in computer/telecommunications areas that have significant impact on national contingency needs.
  • Providing expert knowledge on software metrics, test engineering, performance engineering, systems integration, system evaluation, and quality management.
  • Providing expert knowledge on principles and techniques pertinent to the planning, programming, budgeting, acquisition, management, operations, and use of information management systems and associated technology.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have a Top Secret clearance with access to SCI and Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Professional registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Experience in leading and directing the work of subordinates.
