Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Oversee the management of our digital content, including social media and online platforms
  • Host a TBD air shift and contribute to the development of winning on-air content and sales-friendly ideas
  • Assist in the oversight of our digital content and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with our programming team to develop and implement programming strategies
  • Manage and maintain our MusicMaster, Simian, and Media Touch systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in operations/programming
  • Strong track record of successful multi-format operations/programming experience
  • Experience in music programming and sales-friendly ideas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
