Key Responsibilities- Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues with automated equipment and systems, including single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, AC and DC motors, power supplies, frequency drives, and more.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure continued productivity with warehouse operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintain the CMMS/EAM system on repairs required and performed on equipment in the Distribution Center.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical and operational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and systems.
- Education and Experience: Requires some technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education, normally one to two years related and progressively responsible experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently, and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
