Your role will involve preparing and serving food and beverages to guests, managing cash transactions, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in your designated area while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.

  • Process food and beverage orders efficiently.
  • Monitor alcohol sales in compliance with local laws, including verifying identification for age restrictions.
  • Handle payments accurately using a cash register.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff regarding shortages or special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness by performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure that all serving and dining areas are adequately stocked and report any shortages to your supervisor.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) during food preparation and cleaning.
  • Adhere to temperature control standards for food safety.
  • Follow all relevant regulations set by the local health department.
  • Deliver guest service that aligns with our company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting any hazards to management.
  • Be available for shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Comply with attendance policies as outlined by the company.
  • Follow the company's grooming and conduct guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
