Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and fill food and beverage orders from guests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and manage alcohol sales and consumption consistent with Pennsylvania Liquor Laws.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sweeping, emptying trash, and completing other general cleaning duties.
  • Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) in food preparation and cleanup procedures.
  • Ensure product temperature controls are met and maintained for quality and safety.
  • Follow all Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
