Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in accounting, specifically with financial statements
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including Excel
  • Strong background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with expertise in QuickBooks

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

The successful applicant will be tasked with:

  • Managing AP/AR functions using QuickBooks
  • Performing reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
  • Data entry tasks in Excel
  • Supporting reporting activities
  • Overseeing inventory management
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities as needed
