The Salesforce System Administrator will oversee the daily operations and support of the University's CRM solution. Responsibilities include configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform to ensure data integrity and improve user experience. Collaboration with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams will be essential to meet specific requirements within the shared Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop system configurations tailored to meet organizational needs and objectives.
  • Manage user access, profiles, and roles to ensure secure data and functionality access.
  • Implement data governance and retention policies.
  • Create and optimize workflow and automation rules to enhance business processes and data management.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for real-time data insights and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, access controls, and data sharing regulations.
  • Provide training and support for users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Act as a technical resource to resolve user inquiries and issues.
  • Oversee system updates, patches, and new feature implementations with minimal disruption to operations.


Additionally, coordinate integrations by collaborating with Salesforce Developers to manage data synchronization and maintain a unified view of customer interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree along with at least one year of relevant experience in CRM management.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM and middleware integration platforms, as well as web front-end development skills. Familiarity with application integration strategies, system architecture, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable.
