About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle IT/Supply Chain Business Solutions Lead to join our team at Enerpac Tool Group Corp. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust supply chain solutions using Oracle Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Demantra Demand Management (DM) modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement integrated global supply chain business solutions using Oracle ASCP and DM modules.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with manufacturing operations, logistics, and purchasing teams to identify business requirements, gaps, and improvement opportunities in the supply chain planning process.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Perform analysis and evaluation of functional options, alternatives, and system capabilities to design solutions using Oracle ASCP, Demantra, extensions, and other related homegrown systems.
  • Documentation and Implementation: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, create required documentation, and work with IT teams to implement, test, and train on required system configuration changes.
  • Problem-Solving and Liaison: Act as a key liaison between operations, supply chain, and procurement teams, and IT staff on a regional and global basis to identify system issues and other unique issues, escalate, and resolve as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, computer science, accounting, MIS, supply chain, or manufacturing. 8 years of experience working in an ERP environment, preferably in Oracle ERP within one of or several of the following modules: manufacturing and production, supply chain management, inventory, forecast and planning, WIP, purchasing, order management.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong business process understanding of demand/supply planning and sales & operational planning processes. Keen analytical skills, integrated thinking, and a drive for results. Strong communication skills, ability to perform rudimentary SQL queries, and knowledge of Oracle data model/table structures.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience with at least 2 of the core supply chain processes, such as procurement, supply planning, master data, costing, contract manufacturing, inventory, and/or order management. Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine, and implement solutions. Outstanding critical thinking skills, ability to analyze business needs, and translate into system requirements.
