About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Production Coordinator to join our team at SCUSA Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Franklin, WI. As a key stakeholder for our new 340,000 square foot conversion facility, you will play a vital role in optimizing our cheese network in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Production Execution transactions and close process orders in near real-time.
  • Act as liaison between operators and supervisors to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Review open process orders, ensure correct system goods issue and documentation, and rectify entry errors.
  • Close process orders once all movements are confirmed, corrected, and balanced.
  • Conduct post-processing of faulty goods movements and communicate errors to logistics.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling daily operations to maximize personnel and equipment efficiency.
  • Recommend changes to manufacturing procedures to maintain product specifications, minimize waste, and improve efficiencies.
  • Verify products meet specifications and quality standards before shipment.
  • Review equipment, process checklists, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain neat and clean plant facilities, work areas, and equipment.
  • Participate in company safety program and enforce compliance with safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Mechanical/analytical abilities and understanding of production processes.
  • Ability to gain proficiency in computer operation in programs such as Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player and leader with ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
  • Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
  • Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Promptly reports any unsafe working conditions.
  • Promptly reports all potential quality and food safety hazards to management.
