Job Title: Principal Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our team at Rizing. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for leading large and complex engagements, leveraging your industry expertise and SAP product knowledge to drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, providing industry-specific solutions and best practices to customers.
  • Develop solution frameworks and implementation plans for industry-specific projects, utilizing SAP product capabilities.
  • Conduct strategic-level workshops with customers to drive SAP solutions for acceptance and implementation.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and consulting managers to draft project plans, identify team members, and prepare work plans.
  • Lead the execution of assigned project tasks, facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and managing deliverables.
  • Write and publish white papers to share industry insights and best practices.
Requirements:
  • General degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications.
  • Deep proficiency in core SAP modules, with 10-12 years of SAP functional experience and industry knowledge.
  • Lateral knowledge of complementary SAP modules and ability to deploy in a second module.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in business processes and solutions.
  • Exposure to Fashion or CI in a working capacity for at least 5 years.
  • Thorough understanding of integrated business environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Rizing Implementation methodology.
  • A minimum of 8 complete project life cycles in a SAP consulting capacity.
