Job Description

The Principal Consultant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality SAP solutions to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP offerings and product capabilities, as well as industry knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SAP solutions for clients, leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, including quality of deliverables, customer satisfaction, and timelines.
  • Provide direction and guidance to project teams, drawing on industry-specific or new offering perspectives.
  • Conduct strategic-level workshops with clients to drive SAP solution acceptance and implementation.
  • Ensure effective deployment of SAP solution maps, implementation methodologies, and tools in customer strategic workshops and deliveries.
  • Lead the execution of assigned project tasks, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and managing deliverables.
  • Write and publish white papers on SAP solutions and industry trends.

Requirements
  • General degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications.
  • Deep proficiency in core SAP modules, with 10-12 years of SAP functional experience and industry knowledge.
  • Lateral knowledge of complementary SAP modules and ability to be deployable in a second module.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in business processes and solutions.
  • Exposure to Fashion or CI in a working capacity for at least 5 years.
  • Thorough understanding of integrated business environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Rizing Implementation methodology.
  • A minimum of 8 complete project life cycles in a SAP consulting capacity.

Work Environment and Special Considerations
  • Works within a professional office environment.
  • Routine business travel required.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, keyboard, printer/scanner, and telephone applications.
