Job Summary

Pear Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for packing orders according to working orders or by the queue system. You will read and follow special instructions to pick and pack orders, double-checking products to ensure inventory and items picked are accurate based on the working order.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with Team Leaders regarding out-of-stock items or substitutions before packing product.
Identify and report product without packaging in storage areas.
Prioritize work and finish daily shipping goals according to company shipping goals.
Match working orders and invoices, ensuring carton labels or UPS and FedEx labels match.

Requirements

Warehouse pick/pack experience.
Ability to use a tape gun, tape up cartons/bags, and RF scan gun.
Teamwork and cooperation skills.
Reliability, dependability, and excellent attendance.
Ability to lift 40+ lbs. on a continual basis.
Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
