Job Description:

This role is responsible for supporting the HR employment process within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating various computer systems and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action on I-9 cases in the HR Information system, including matching employee files with government records.
  • Document case information and communicate with internal managers to obtain additional documents or information.
  • Navigate the system to ensure appropriate documents are in place for employees to be eligible to work.

Requirements:

  • Experience with data entry and computer systems.
  • Ability to analyze and act diligently.
  • Must be able to type 60 WPM.
  • I-9 experience/knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a consistent work schedule.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
