About the Role

International Friendships, Inc. is a growing organization with a mission to extend life-changing hospitality and friendship to international college students.

We are seeking a skilled Digital Ministry Specialist to join our team in developing online methods of outreach and making personal connections with internationals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cross-cultural ministry and be proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.

  • This role requires full- or part-time commitment, flexible schedule, occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects, and attendance at several conferences each year.

The salary range for this position is $25,709 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Ministry Specialist, you will:

  • Regularly research and test new online technologies for making personal connections.
  • Facilitate online Bible discussions with international students.
  • Actively participate in social media groups, online forums, etc., to connect with more international students.
  • Respond to online questions submitted by international students on IFI websites.
  • Recruit and train a volunteer team to do multiple online outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role.
