Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Aveanna Healthcare, a leading provider of pediatric home health care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and adolescents in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
- Participate in and update the nursing care plan.
- Take appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieve expected outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.
