Nursing Excellence Practitioner

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Excellence Practitioner to join our team at Efficus Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care. The salary for this role is estimated at $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
About the Role:
The Nursing Excellence Practitioner will be responsible for providing age-appropriate care to newborn babies, including resuscitation according to Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) guidelines. They will also maintain certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides age-appropriate care to newborn babies, including resuscitation according to NRP guidelines.
- Maintains certification in NRP and CBC.
- Works collaboratively with the admission team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Participates in quality improvement studies and activities to promote patient safety and quality measures.
Requirements:
- Strong background in nursing and ability to provide high-quality patient care.
- Knowledge of NRP and CBC guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
