Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to join our team in Manchester, CT. As a Thriveworks therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Collaborate with other therapists and staff members to ensure seamless client care
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as established by Thriveworks
Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LP)
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
